Studio/ 1 bedroom plan: Includes layout planning, sourcing guidance and project management. 2-3 bedroom plan: Includes full interior design, sourcing support and delivery coordination. 4+ bedroom plan: Includes full interior design, bespoke custom décor, personalised styling, premium support.
Cancellation Policy
Interior Design & Home Furnishing Service Policy Service Provider: Move2Madinah ("Designer") Client: The individual or entity engaging the services By proceeding with our interior design and home furnishing services, you ("Client") agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Service Scope We offer customized interior design and furnishing solutions based on the Client’s needs, preferences, and budget. Services may include space planning, furniture selection, decor recommendations, and sourcing materials or items based on availability and budget. 2. Payment Terms Full payment is required upfront before any design work, consultations, or sourcing begins. No work will be initiated until payment has been received and confirmed. A formal quote will be provided outlining the service fees based on the agreed scope of work. 3. No Refund Policy Due to the customized nature of design services and time invested in planning, sourcing, and consultations, all payments are non-refundable once made. This policy applies regardless of changes in client preferences, delays in providing information, or project cancellation by the Client. 4. Client Responsibilities The Client agrees to provide clear, accurate, and timely information regarding their preferences, space measurements, budget, and any other relevant details. Delays caused by lack of communication or incomplete information may impact timelines and are not the responsibility of the Designer. 5. Design Limitations & Availability Product availability, delivery timelines, and material selections may vary and are subject to change based on market conditions. Alternatives will be offered where necessary. Final results may differ slightly from initial concepts due to real-world variables such as lighting, furniture dimensions, or stock limitations. 6. Policy Updates Move2Madinah reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updated policies will apply to new service agreements from the date of change.
